Warranty and Service Assurance

Cero Labs Software Services W.L.L. ("Cero") delivers exactly what your Statement of Work (the "SOW") describes, and stands behind that delivery. This page states what Cero warrants, for how long, and how you make a claim. The SOW is the governing document for your engagement, and where this page and the SOW differ, the SOW applies. This page follows the laws of the State of Qatar, including Law No. 8 of 2008 on Consumer Protection.
At a glance
Builds and deployments (Conversational AI, Decision AI, Custom Agentic Builds, Digital Transformation, GTM Engineering, Internal Ops): free correction of defects against the agreed scope, for [30 days] from go-live.
Training and enablement programs: Cero repeats any agenda item of the agreed program that was missed, for [14 days] after the session.
Advisory and consulting work: free correction of errors in the delivered report or recommendation, for [30 days] from delivery.
What Cero guarantees
Conformity with scope: each deliverable matches the scope, features and acceptance criteria in your signed quote and SOW.
Free correction: Cero corrects any defect reported within the warranty period at no charge. A defect is any behavior that differs from your agreed scope.
Redo or exchange: when a correction does not resolve the defect within [15 business days] of your report, Cero redoes the affected work or replaces it with an equivalent deliverable.
Documentation: Cero provides handover notes and documentation for each build.
Corrections, redoes and exchanges are the remedies under this warranty. Refunds are available in exceptional circumstances and follow the Refund and Cancellation Policy page.
How to claim
Email cerolabs.io@gmail.com with your invoice number, a description of the issue, and a screenshot or recording where possible.
Cero confirms receipt within [2 business days].
Cero shares a fix plan and timeline within [5 business days].
Cero delivers the correction and confirms it with you in writing.
AI system quality
AI systems generate responses from probabilities, so Cero defines measurable targets with you in the quote, such as resolution rate, response time and accuracy on a test set. Cero tests against those targets before go-live and shares the results. A system that performs within the agreed targets meets the scope. When a system misses an agreed target during the warranty period, the correction and redo steps above apply.
Scope of the warranty
The warranty covers Cero's code, configuration, prompts, workflows and documentation. These items fall outside the warranty, and Cero quotes them separately:
Changes made by others after delivery
Changes in third-party platforms or AI model providers, such as WhatsApp, Microsoft, Google, OpenAI or Anthropic
New features and scope changes
Issues caused by data, credentials or access that you supply late or incompletely
Business results such as revenue, conversion or savings, which depend on factors outside Cero's control
After the warranty period

Your legal rights
This page and your SOW sit alongside your rights under the laws of the State of Qatar, including Law No. 8 of 2008 on Consumer Protection. Where the law gives you a greater right, the law applies.
